PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE (“AGREEMENT” OR “TERMS OF USE”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY DONADO LTD (“GLOSAFE”). THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE GLOSAFE MOBILE APP, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY FEATURES, CONTENT, WEBSITES (INCLUDING GLOSAFEIOSAPP.COM) OR APPLICATIONS OFFERED FROM TIME TO TIME BY GLOSAFE IN CONNECTION THEREWITH (COLLECTIVELY “SERVICE(S)”). BY USING THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

Acceptance of Terms 

The Service is offered subject to acceptance without modification of all of these Terms of Use and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time in connection with the Services by Glosafe. In addition, some services offered through the Service may be subject to additional terms and conditions promulgated by Glosafe from time to time; your use of such services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms of Use by this reference.

Glosafe may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the Service to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Service is revoked in such jurisdictions.

Modification of Terms of Use 

Glosafe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of the Terms of Use, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (including without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice on the Glosafe website or Service. Glosafe may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability. It is your responsibility to check the Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Rules and Conduct 

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• is unlawful, illegal or unauthorized;
• is defamatory of any other person;
• is obscene or offensive;
• infringes any copyright, database right or trademark of any other person;
• advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

You shall not make the App available to any third parties. In addition, you shall not modify, translate into other languages, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise create derivative works from the App or any documentation concerning the App.

You shall not transfer, lend, rent, lease, distribute the App, or use it for providing services to a third party, or grant any rights to the App or any documentation concerning the App to a third party.

Misuse of any trademarks or any other content displayed on the App is prohibited.

You shall not copy and/or duplicate and/or distribute and/or publish and/or use any content in the App, directly or indirectly, by way of a violation of our Intellectual Property Rights.

Moreover, you shall not make any attempts to use the App or part thereof for malicious intentions.

Also we are not responsible for the way you use the App. 

Availability of the App, Security and Accuracy

In order to use the App, you are required to have a compatible mobile phone or tablet, and internet access.

The App is available for downloading and installing on handheld compatible mobile devices running Apple iOS Operating System 13.0 or later.

We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with all hardware and software which you may use.

We make no warranty that your access to the App will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.

Neither does Apple have an obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

You acknowledge the App is provided via the internet and mobile networks and so the quality and availability of the App may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control.

The version of the App may be upgraded from time to time to add support for new functions and services.

We may change or update the App and anything described in it without noticing you. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the App, or close it indefinitely.

You also warrant that any information that you submit to us is true, accurate and complete, and you agree to keep it actual at all times.

You can discontinue using our Services at any time by choosing the relevant option in your iTunes Account Settings. If you decide not to use the App for any reason you should uninstall the App.

Termination 

Glosafe may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms of Use, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. Further, either party may terminate the Services for any reason and at any time upon written notice. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions on the Service. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable. Upon any termination, all rights and licenses granted to you in this Agreement shall immediately terminate, but all provisions hereof which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Changes to This Agreement:

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. The most current version of the Agreement will govern our processing of information and is posted at https://glosafeiosapp.com/terms-of-use.
